Luke's not well enough for a full trip to March of 1999 aboard the Time Machine. So Dawn Glen bravely joins Matt to examine the TV landscape 25 years ago this month. First, Channel 4 launches HBO's Sex and The City. On ITV, gentle Brummie comedy The Grimleys starred written by Line of Duty's Jed Mercurio.
