Stewart Baker is less funny than he thinks and substitutes snide political asides for analysis. I guess he is playing to Steptoe & Johnson’s client base. As a podcast, however, it would be greatly improved by a humbler, inquisitive host.

This is a podcast run by a firm of lawyers that comes across as if they’re consigliere to the NSA and the Silicon Valley establishment.
