Refreshing scepticism
I much enjoy the Cyberlaw Podcast, even if as a non-American some of goes over my head. I was moved to write this review by the superb discussion of EU privacy law, in which king’s absence of clothing was pointed out with refreshing forcefulness. In Europe we seem generally to take for granted the law on data processing, which flies in the face of reality and is in any event fundamentally misconceived. In a free society, what I disclose to you is not my data, but yours... Keep up the good work.

The Cyber Law Podcast is always informative, witty, and especially enjoyable when Stuart bashes the Europeans for over regulating tech and data.

Stewart Baker is less funny than he thinks and substitutes snide political asides for analysis. I guess he is playing to Steptoe & Johnson’s client base. As a podcast, however, it would be greatly improved by a humbler, inquisitive host.
