Refreshing scepticism
I much enjoy the Cyberlaw Podcast, even if as a non-American some of goes over my head. I was moved to write this review by the superb discussion of EU privacy law, in which king’s absence of clothing was pointed out with refreshing forcefulness. In Europe we seem generally to take for granted the law on data processing, which flies in the face of reality and is in any event fundamentally misconceived. In a free society, what I disclose to you is not my data, but yours... Keep up the good work.

This is my go to podcast for technology and law related issues. Stewart does a great job of orchestrating the discussion and bringing out the fun and interesting bits.
