As much as I disagree with some of Stewart’s political positions, there is no doubt that this is the most balanced and thorough analysis of data regulation available. One of the few sources to call out the EU’s pipe-dream regulatory regime, and the UK’s idiocy in trying to control online activity, this podcast will appeal to anyone that has actually worked in the data processing field. This is the one podcast I listen to as soon as it is available, and if you have an interest in the law relating to computing, you should do the same.
