would have rated higher but lacks diversity
i’ve been listening to this podcast for a year - and very much appreciate the in depth conversations and technical expertise of the host and guests. i also find it refreshing to hear the positions and arguments of people with other values and positions than my own - it’s helpful to get out of the bubble. but please please have more diversity! in a year of podcasts i think i’ve heard a female voice twice!! that is so not ok - so many amazing women work in national security and cyber and i want to their voices too. and voices of non-americans. everyone here sounds like an upper middle class middle aged white man. you can do better.
