“The Daily202 was my go-to 1st news source in the morning. James Hohmann delivered a concise thoughtful message each episode that I always looked forward to.
The current commentators seem to be just reading from a script written by someone else with no personal knowledge or stake in what they are reading. The valley-girl voices drive me nutso! And it’s not because they are women; it is because of their delivery. There are plenty of strong capable intelligent women who are podcasters/ announcers/commentators. I don’t care if it’s a man or a woman; I do care that the person delivering the comments actually seems to have a take on the news. I’m finding myself turning it off within the first 3 minutes. Please fix this!!!”
