Listen now
Description
The Happy Hour is here with a special, but also slightly sad episode!  It's the final episode for co-host Holly, who returns for the final time this week to introduce her favourite tracks as well as some of her favourite Happy Hour interviews.  There will be lots of reminiscing and looking back, so pardon us if we get a bit sappy! We will also have the latest Sensory Odyssey exercise with Andy Shipley from Natural Inclusion, who will help us tune into the sensory panorama around us. And finally, Paulina is also going to find out about the importance of hope as she chats with Naseem Akhtar, who tells us more about the Hope Programme.  Find more Sensory Odyssey exercises here: https://www.natural-inclusion.org and join Andy for a deeper immersion into this exercise Thursday 29th of September. To take part email: [email protected] The Happy Hour Podcast is our trimmed down version of this hour-long show, so if you'd like to listen to the full show with all the amazing songs featured, catch a new episode of the Happy Hour on RNIB Connect Radio Mondays at 1 PM, with a repeat Thursday at 6 PM and Sunday at 10 am. Image shows a lovely sunny day, with the sun beaming down over a green open field and some clouds lazily gliding across the sky.
