It’s simply a handful of quick, easy, throw-together meals that you can make for yourself or your family in 15 minutes or less.
You will require basic cooking skills and I’ll assume that you’ve shopped according to the attached shopping list (see the blog post link below) and have a nicely stocked kitchen with basic fridge/pantry staples.
