“I enjoy listening to the podcast daily, and it gives a great pulse on what is going on in the market, whether it is mortgages or real estate. We may not always agree on each other’s opinions, but, overall, it is worth the listen. Being in the mortgage business for 30+ years and that we are a capitalist society, the Fed should not be the answer to everything. Although that is extremely painful in our industry today, it is not the Fed’s job to bail out the bond market and allow another unwanted spike in home prices as a result. Again, these are just opinions but I enjoy the show. Keep up the great work and thanks for the on the local real estate news as well. That’s actually probably a bigger change in the mortgage rates currently.”

“Echoing other reviews here, the volume is way too low. If you’re playing on the car and it switches to music or another podcasts, it’s a dramatic difference. Even worse on headphones.
