Charlie McConnell is a visually impaired runner and committee member for Achilles Sydney and he joins Nick and Kayley to talk about how the organization Achilles Australia helps provide physically impaired people with guides that help them keep up their physically activity. Amanda Elizabeth is a shark scientist & Ocean Lead for the United Nations Association for Western Australia and she joins Nick and Kayley to talk about how much of a problem plastic is causing in our oceans and for our aquatic wildlife. With Easter around the corner we're joined by Professor Anas Ghadouani the head of Aquatic Ecology and Ecosystem studies from the University of Western Australia to talk about the outrageous litres of water that goes into a kilogram of water. Also he tells us about what a water footprint is and how we can reduce it. Diana Chan is the winner of Masterchef 2017 and owner of Chanteen which is in the new HWKR complex in Melbourne's CBD. She joins Nick and Kayley to talk about what HWKR is and what makes the food from Chanteen and the HWKR food centre so special.  Reggae Ellis is a legendary surf and snow reporter and he joins Nick and Kayley to talk about his career and also the Bell's Beach Rip Curl Pro which is Mick Fanning's last event.
