About Omar Growing up/personal life: Born and raised in the Greater Vancouver area Grew up with family businesses – his parents ran several Benjamin Moore and Home Hardware stores Worked at the stores growing up; watched his parents being entrepreneurs from a young age – he knew he wanted to own his own business one day too.
