Now, that’s a powerful statement. It goes beyond just our love for pets and speaks to something deeper—the idea that how we treat animals says a lot about our compassion, our values, and who we are as a society. In a way, Gandhi’s words remind us that animals, including our beloved dogs, are a reflection of how well we live up to our own moral responsibilities.
