To be the best, you’ve got to have one mentor who’s better than you, one who’s equal to you, and one who you’re mentoring. On a day like today, maybe ask yourself: Do you have all three? That "plus" person who pushes you to new heights, the "equal" who keeps you on your toes, and the "minus" who you can guide, just as you were once guided. If not, maybe it’s time to find them—or become them. After all, growth isn’t a solo sport. It’s a team effort.
