(00:00-23:33) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison debating whether Tyrese Haliburton is back after back-to-back solid performances the last two nights. Additionally, they highlight how the pairing of Bennedict Mathurin and Tyrese Haliburton has developed in the early goings of the season.
(23:33-36:15) – Tonight marks the fourth edition of the college football playoff rankings. Jake and Jimmy look at last week’s rankings and how some of the teams below Indiana performed in a hectic week of college football last weekend. They debate if there is an avenue for Indiana to be snubbed because of someone stealing a bid.
(36:15-43:01) – Jake and Jimmy conclude the first hour of the show by highlighting some of the injuries that Shane Steichen revealed that the team is dealing with this week ahead of the New England Patriots.
(43:01-1:06:23) – ESPN.com’s Stephen Holder makes his weekly visit on Query & Company to provide clarity on the status of Josh Downs this weekend against New England, highlights the struggles of the Colts to develop one of their tight ends, labels the offensive line struggles as the reason why Jonathan Taylor has not been explosive as of late, and assesses where the Colts locker room is at with where the season is currently.
(1:06:23-1:23:41) – Newly named Carmel High School football coach Kevin Wright joins the show to explain the process from going from being an assistant at IU to being named the head coach of the Greyhounds. He also explains why this was the right decision for him and his family, explains what it was like going back to help his dad finish this season, and shares a story about his mom trying to talk his wife out from marrying him.
(1:23:41-1:29:38) – Hour two of the program concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie highlighting the upcoming schedules for Indiana and Purdue in basketball during the holiday weekend.
(1:29:38-1:52:34) – Scott Agness from Fieldhouse Files joins Query & Company to provide his take on whether Tyrese Haliburton is back to the form we saw from him last season, identifies Bennedict Mathurin and Jarace Walker as the two players that have benefited the most from the injuries the Pacers are dealing with, explains why NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was attending the game last night, and believes that Indiana’s pace is down from last year because of the addition of Pascal Siakam.
