“I miss the dark minisodes. Also, in response to other reviewers, I personally love the introduction with the piano. I also like all of the background sound effects that go with the story. I especially enjoy how the narrator tries his best to address audience concerns, and tries to adjust the show according to reviews or emails. As he reiterates in almost every show: this is the people’s podcast. The narrator really puts in the effort to make the show tailored to his audience. Personal rant: I realize that not every podcast is going to be for every listener, but I think it’s cruel to leave a negative review. There are human beings behind these podcasts, and this is either their livelihood or a special interest creative project that they’ve worked so hard to create. Let’s all try to be a little nicer to each other, even if we don’t share the same taste in podcast.”
