“He doesn’t know how to pronounce the Vice President’s name. It’s such a basic thing to learn; to refuse is disrespectful to an elected official. Our politics has made us all dumber over the past few years. We’ve become shortsighted, reactive and, in some cases, deliberately ignorant. I’m surprised how sad I am that this very smart man has become a casualty of the idiocy. I will absolutely keep listening because The Ramsey Show changes lives for the better. But I used to argue to people that Dave was a real intellect and I’ve got to admit that I lost the fight.”
