“This is a great show - David’s passion is addictive, a true rags to riches story and he bring us with him. The questions and advice are covered in a logical and transparent way, describing all the factors at play, so you aren’t left wondering “why” or “how” the conclusion is reached. And if you disagree with any of the assumptions or have a different goal (STR vs buy and hold, more debt vs less debt), no problem you can still use the advise and adjust to your situation. Love Seeing Greene and the Q/A format - solid! Like him or not, Dave Ramsey is a giant in the space. Anyone calling his show assume the goal is to “get out of debt and build wealth”. So every question is answered that way, and very predictable. Can you do that for this show, have that foundation upon which every question is answered. Maybe it doesn’t work, but maybe ”less debt or most leverage”, “I’m 25, 45 or 65, the advice is… “ or “ I want max cash flow now, or max wealth in 20-years”. I don’t know, but clarifying the goal first helps, because without a clear goal, no advice is good advice. Kudos David, it’s tough and you’re doing great!”
