“I’ve been listening to David Greene while he was the BP podcast host and what I really like about him is that while he does inspire you to go into RE investing he is also very realistic and pushes the idea that it is not a get rich quick scheme. There are so many others out there that make it seem like it’s so easy to get a bunch of properties and quit your 9-5 job for this “passive income” but David keeps reminding you to not quit your W2 job, that this is a long term game and to expect that it’s not fully passive. I am very happy he has his own podcast now where he has full control over the content that he puts out.”
