Description
It's pretty corrupt if you read the recent #NSICOP report that alleges foreign governments pay TRADITIONAL Media outlets, MPs, Senators, and politicians at all levels to work against Canadian interests.
The Report detailed allegations that DOZENS of Canadian lawmakers and parliamentarians are "wittingly" working with foreign countries, agents, and lobby groups to undermine Canada's national security and identity.
The governing Liberals and The Conservative Party continue to stay Mum on possible members who work for other governments, but we know it's very f*****g real.
The RCMP have announced an official criminal investigation into DOZENS of elected and appointed officials from the Liberal and COPnservative parties AS WELL ASS an investigation into several "Traditional Media Outlets" who are alleged to have killed, promoted, or deleted stories paid for by India, China, Iran, and Russia.
Former media executive Wendy Grey stopped by to discuss this.
- Is this the nail in the coffin regarding Trust in ANY Traditional Canadian media outlet?
- What do the RCMP investigations say about the seriousness of the conspiracy and possible crimes committed by Canadian politicians and media institutions?
- What is NSICOP, and what do the allegations of foreign interference mean for Trust in Media and Politics in Canada?
We all knew our political and media institutions were corrupted by foreign money, but does confirmation of what we knew mean anything? Will Canadians take action or retreat into our cultural corners to give Elites and bad actors a pass?
- Who the allegations might be directed at and why the Report Didn't "Name Names."
- Trust in media stats and the nuclear implication of confirming/destroying our biases.
- The Opportunity to turn this culture war into a class war we should all be fighting.
