“Too much intro and conclusion. Our time is so precious, just get to the guest or topic and when you wrap it up, actually wrap it up.
The content is great, but assume your listeners are as smart as you are and just get to the content already. Say who your guest is and let them explain themselves. If we want more information before we listen, we can google it.”
