Pretty Great
Too much intro and conclusion. Our time is so precious, just get to the guest or topic and when you wrap it up, actually wrap it up. The content is great, but assume your listeners are as smart as you are and just get to the content already. Say who your guest is and let them explain themselves. If we want more information before we listen, we can google it.

This podcast has been a great listen in light of my own experiences with religion, faith, etc. The guests have been terrific and I have no problem with the hosts getting excited during interviews.
