“I was really excited to learn of The Department of Midnight and that eager anticipation has been surpassed by the eerie and unsettling first episode. Great performances, great dialogue, the music and sound effects add real atmosphere to everything that’s going on. The past achievements of the various collaborators and actors involved set a high bar for what I thought this would be like - they’ve gone way past that in 25 minutes.
