About Leah Leah Lang, is an experienced Strategic Design Advisor and award-winning registered architect, Fellow of the Institute of Architects and the current Queensland Government Architect. She is currently advising Government on Housing, Olympics, Health and planning policy and projects. With over 25 years of experience, Leah’s leadership and expertise is utilised through appointments to multiple design boards, panels and juries. She leverages all these roles to advocate and facilitate high-quality, people and place-responsive design and heritage outcomes for Queensland. In her spare time (of which she doesn’t have much) she loves going to the beach with her kids, wine, and catching up with friends or motorbike rides through the hinterland with her husband.
