Steven is Brilliant
This remains to be just such brilliant content. Steven is such an inspiration as is so much of what he lays out in the podcast. I expected as it grew in popularity that it would lose direction or be filled with non-value conversation as people try to use him for access to his audience but here and even as you witness in some of the UK Dragons Den episodes, you see what an excellent interviewer and listener Steven is, he extracts the valuable information and brings the real article to the table where he asks the right questions so whether intentionally or not you can detect and separate the the unique genuine interviewees with brilliant insights and lessons, apart from the narcissistic salesmen like in the Ramit Sethi episode - After speaking to some true experts, to not just walk out of the room with interviewees like that takes serious patience, up to the end I couldn’t help but think again how consistent Steven is, he keeps trying to support the speaker and find what their offering is to the audience. (saved me buying a book!) And in other episodes he’s the only interviewer who’s managed to guide the interviewee (after seeing them in a handful of talks) to articulate what they’re trying to share with the world and really learn about what they’re contributing - Bravo, brilliant.
