Podcast saved my mind
When I was thrust into unemployment whilst on maternity leave I really struggled to keep my mind active and keep focus, hope and ambition for the future. Especially living in an affluent area in London where the other mums had high powered jobs to go back to and I was left pretty lonely with a forced identity shift from good job to stay at home mum. I listened to this podcast pushing the buggy regularly and it kept my mind from falling into helplessness. Job market was horrendous and I was keen to switch industry. A career pivot is almost impossible without networking and networking is almost impossible with a baby. I was inspired to focus on the 1% gains. Took a while but I’ve managed to get an offer to join a prestigious consultancy whilst 25 weeks pregnant again. I genuinely thank you for helping stave off the negative inner voices and keep me company with the right kind of energy 🙏🏼

More reviews of The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett
As a young person in business I find it easier to relate to Steve more than I can with older entrepreneurs. No bs , just straight talking honesty. IG Twall95

Amazing to hear an entrepreneur speak so openly about everything, really resonated with me. 2 a week would be amazing. Keep it up man ✌🏼 @dailyparry

Amazing as always and what I find best and unlikely other podcasts is that I am agreeing with you on some subjects and disagreeing on others which makes it much better because once you have listened it keeps me thinking in the coming days 🤘🤘🤘 instagram: @arthur_keeling
