Re-vamp is very disappointing. Keep Ryno, dump Pete
I am a Disneyland local. I grew up in San Diego and have gone to Disneyland religiously since I was a child. The Disneyland show was my gateway into the broader DIS brand because they spent a whole hour talking about the park I Love from the vantage point of (semi) locals. Now, it’s a host in Orlando comparing WDW to DLR in a somewhat pretentious way. Also, I may be alone here, but Tyler and Katrina’s takes are pretty bland (although this might be due to Pete’s “let’s dumb it down for everyone” leadership). Pete has said himself that this is a local’s park but he turned it into a WDW-centered podcast and I miss Tom and Mary Jo and Tony and maybe even Nancy a little. The DIS is slowly driving me away, as a young person and a woman. So disappointed.

I can’t help thinking that Pete Werner is Ursula from The Little Mermaid. “You poor unfortunate souls”😂 He reminds me of her in so many ways!

Now its none of that. Its now mostly a Disneyland vs Disney World podcast- a topic which has been run...Read full review »
