“A few months before I discovered Ed, I went vegan.
But I chose to take the easy route of not informing myself more than absolutely necessary.
I wanted to avoid conflicts with my social environment, and I knew which struggels I would face when learning more about the animal suffering.
Through Ed’s work on YouTube, this podcast and his book I received an helping hand to take these steps with empathy. Including guidelines on how to deal with complicated situations.
