Challenging fitness misconceptions
I spent years chasing all the many widespread misconceptions about fitness and nutrition, trying unsuccessfully to find what would work for me. I finally found it with Discover Strength’s high intensity strength training and science-based approach. Logan and his first guest challenge many of those fitness/diet misconceptions with alternatives based on careful research. But it’s not all dry and clinical as they bring it to a level we can relate to and understand. I already know Logan is an outstanding trainer but am also finding him to be a warm, engaging and effective host. Can’t wait to see what topics he has in store next!
