“This podcast has really convinced me to buy resale. The information given by all the panelists is great info to have as well as personal and detailed. I love how there are always multiple people per episode to get a variety of opinions and perspectives. It’s definitely worth listening to if you plan on buying just to make sure the choice is right for you.
But be prepared... while I think Pete (the main host) gives good information, and I appreciate how he is honest in his reviews, he is disrespectful to his fellow cohosts. Between the cocky, self obsessed comments, cutting people off, and clinking of drinks, it’s frustrating to listen to sometimes. I think it’s wonderful that Pete has succeeded in his business ventures with the DIS and his websites, but as someone who doesn’t know anything about him, he comes across as annoying and he won’t get off his high horse.”
