“Ilias does a great job with this podcast! It only started in September of 15, but each episode has been getting better and better. The interviews are interesting and well structured, and the folks he interviews are diverse, interesting and provide some really excellent insights.
The audience of “people who love craft distilleries and who maybe interested in starting one themselves (or who already have)” is definitely a niche market, but describes me perfectly, so I find it super helpful.
