Such an amazing podcast!!
This podcast is so great and informative and touches on a lot of topics that I feel other people may be afraid to get into (food injustice in African American communities, just to name one). It also consistently takes a holistic view at the food we eat and how that plays into every aspect of our lives, as well as how government and the big food industries play a huge role. The only thing I wish was that they would link to the books and research they mention in each episode, either on the website or in the details of the podcast episode. I’m struggling to find some of these things and would love to read more!
