“As a “white” person I would have to disagree about the interview given at the journalist school. (Please forgive me for not putting it’s proper name because I didn’t want to get it wrong). BUT I watched it, and I have to think that I was not the only one. As a normal middle of the road type of American, I have to say the disrespect and antagonism was palpable, not in the journalists who’s actual jobs were to ask those questions but from the person they were questioning. I am an independent voter (not party) and I made the mistake of voting for that lowlife back In 2016, after four years of living in total day to day chaos, I voted for Biden, and I haven’t regretted it. Now we have a new generation and a new perspective and I can’t wait to see what she can accomplish. Right this minute there are only a handful of republicans I can even think of voting for and until this malignancy that has been cut out of our government I am trying to do my homework when asked to vote for any candidate. I truly think it was the independent voters that put the former president in office and it will be the independent voters that will keep him out. The days of blind voting the democratic or repubublican ticket are just about over. Thanks for listening, keep up the good work. And I would love if you and Chris C could mend fences and become friends again.”
