Top notch!
Updated: the podcast remains really good. It is best for getting people inspired who are looking to figure out their exercise and health program. I have been training for a while and still find something useful most weeks. It’s entertaining EVERY week. These guys are wicked funny and have legitimate fitness advice to share. Highly recommend it for anyone with an interest in fitness and would appreciate some ridiculousness with it.

This is a super helpful podcast for people struggling with health and fitness, such as myself. The hosts are encouraging, smart and funny. This podcast has great fitness tips and reminders. Keep up the good work guys!
