“I started listening to this podcast around episode 10 or so, and at the time I wasn’t doing much fitness-wise other than running occasionally. These guys really helped me to understand the importance of strength training, nutrition, and overall mental and physical fitness. Since then I have over two years of CrossFit under my belt (until quarantine started) and invested in a peloton bike (hello #bellbabies) to be able to work out from home. I’ve also found success with intermittent fasting and have a generally better relationship with food.
Anyway, if these guys (and guests) weren’t super personable and funny, I probably wouldn’t have kept listening, but I look forward to new episodes and all I can learn about making improvements to my physical and mental health. Thanks!”
