“This podcast features two guys who falsely claim to be doctors - though at best they could maybe pass for veterinarians - occasionaly dishing out fitness advice inbetween an Inside Baseball-esque view of their improv comedy careers. It would be great if they could stay on topic for more than 30 seconds before jerking the wheel into a totally different subject. That said, this podcast was the primary driver for getting me back into fitness and I take all of their advice as gospel. 5 out of 5, never miss an episode.”
