At last a Latvian history/political podcast
Why should you listen? It is Latvian. A small country of 2 million people which was occupied by the USSR for 50 years. It will give you a non-Anglo-Saxon view on the world in English. Don’t we all need that?

Kristaps has such a connection with the topics of his shows and his way of speaking is so concise and flowing that it is easy to fall into listening to the shows. The ads DO NOT bother me whatsoever. Really like this podcast, I love hearing all about the Soviet world and culture and comparing it to my own. The host does a good job of presenting both the facts and personal anecdotes with a sprinkle of humor in there. Good Stuff!
