“I think they’d make great morning drive yucksters on a big city FM station. They’re quick and funny at times in short doses but if you’re looking for any deep dive into a particular movie, this ain’t that kinda podcast.
The two episodes I listened to were excruciating in all the tangents they strayed off on. Not sure what the 3 minutes of analyzing Jake Gyllenhall and why Maggie Gyllenhall looks like a turtle have to do with Dazed and Confused.
And probably would have been better had both of the guys actually WATCHED the movie. The equivalent of having a remote control jumping channels every three seconds for an entire podcast. Didn’t work for me.”
