“I actually think the content is great. The low rating is hoping Rich and NR actually see this message. Either Ian talks too low (compared to the others) or needs to get closer to the speakerphone. Even at maximum volume the smallest outside noise (e.g. listen to while driving, riding the train, running, etc) completely overwhelms audio when Ian is speaking.”
