Dan is joined by Dr Saskia Vanderbent who has recently published her book – Attracting Sustainable Investment. A professional guide. Dr Vanderbent is a lawyer based on the Gold Coast, in sunny Queensland, Australia. She holds an PhD in Engineering and a Juris Doctor in Law. Prior to opening her law firm, Saskia was a senior litigator for Crown Law, the Department of Justice and Attorney General in the Native Title and Resources litigation team. She is admitted to appear in the High Court of Australia and can seek leave to appear in the International Court in the Haag. She also has experience in the Federal Court, Land Court, Supreme Court and Planning and Environment Court. Saskia has also designed and co-ordinated several university law and property economics courses.
