Helping build a well-rounded engineering career
May engineers tend to get stuck in their own discipline's silo -- chemical engineering, or software, or mechanical, or another aspect of engineering. This podcast will help you stay "unstuck" in that it talks about a wide range of aspects for engineering. I suppose that's the "commons" part of the name. I particuarly enjoyed Episode #117, on the soft skills engineers need in order to succeed.

I’m an Engineering Tech, formerly a Field Service Tech, and a plumber by trade. This podcast is so relatable. New up and coming techs and engineers should be listening to this.

Only podcast I've found that deals with engineering other than software engineering and development. Great to hear from experienced engineers that toil in the physical world.Read full review »
