So far, so good
One episode in and I am excited for the potential of where this podcast could go. I’m always optimistic about engineering podcasts only to find that they are either dry or production wasn’t a top priority (leading to it feeling like someone is reading a PowerPoint to you), they are short 5-10 minutes about a very specific topic, etc. This was a great medium-long form episode that I feel most Civil Engineers are going to be able to take plenty away from. Great discussion by hosts of projects affecting their local area, and not just in a general recap but providing further insights and making projections on how each project could affect the other and takeaways for engineers to learn from these project experiences. I especially loved the discussion of “environmental mitigation” vs “environmental enhancement.” Guest was a highly regarded professional who provided great discussion points and actionable advice for engineers along any point of their career. Keep up the good work!

Sound quality is poor and the conversation was just boring. Expected better from NCE.
