Overcorrecting to be overcritical
I’m a long time Swiftie who’s about Taylor’s age. I understand some Swifties will defend everything she does 110%, but these hosts are the opposite. They pick apart and criticize everything TS does. I don’t think TS is perfect in every way, but I also don’t agree with how critical and negative the hosts are. If I didn’t know the hosts were Swifties, I would think this is an anti-TS podcast. The hosts come off as too judgmental and I feel almost bullied for how much I like and stand behind (most) of TS’s actions. Despite saying they’ve been Swifties for a long time, they come off as Folklore/Evermore Swifties who stick their nose up at anything besides F/E. I much prefer the positive, informative and supportive podcast “13: A Taylor Swift Podcast”. 13 builds a positive community, this one tears TS & us Swifties down.
