In this episode we hear from three extremely talented International Emmy Award nominees from India this year - Jim Sarbh, Shefali Shah, and Vir Das. They had joined us for a special session of Express Adda where they revealed their performance process, what the words "mainstream", "bollywood", and "star" mean to them, the power of truth in entertainment, and what else has changed in their field over the past 20 years. Vir Das' show "Landing" has been nominated in the comedy category. He had written "Landing" as a response to the backlash after his "Two Indias" performance in New York City. Jim Sarbh has been nominated in the Best Performance by an Actor category for playing Homi Bhabha in "Rocket Boys", and Shefali Shah has been nominated in the Best Performance by an Actress category for her performance in the series "Delhi Crime 2".
