Description
Does anyone enjoy living in a crazy world? No, of course not. When things go upside down and inside out; when good is called evil and evil is called good, there is no peace. How can there be peace when everything we see and hear causes fear. Such is the world we live in today. It appears we have gone to “hell in a hand basket” as the saying goes. There was a scene in an old comedy show, Seinfeld, in which one of the characters George Costanza decides he is going to try a new approach to life. Nothing seems to be working for him. He wants to attract the opposite sex. George, recognizing he is a male wants to attract a female. So, he decides since none of his one-liners are working, he needs to try something new. He approaches a beautiful young lady and introduces himself by saying he is short, fat, bald. He does not have a job and lives with his parents. The beautiful young lady, rather than being turned off by this unusual approach says to George “How interesting” and she thereupon expresses a desire to go on a date with him. Mission accomplished.
Naturally, Papa Tom does not recommend this approach. However, when every one of our institutions is offering and recommending ideas and thoughts that are anti-Biblical and anti-God, maybe its time to take a different approach.
Herein this podcast, Stephen E. Strang presents his new book for these times. The book is “Spirit Filled Living in an Upside-Down World”. We are living at the end of the age. We are living in the most unusual time in history. Could this be the greatest time to be alive? Yet, for us to understand the times we are living in and rejoice because our redemption draws near, we need to have a filter that allows us to experience life from the perspective of truth. Dr. Strang’s book is a presentation of how we can approach life in the crazy world we are living in and not be afraid. My mission is bringing the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers. Living with and in the Spirit of God allows us to rise above all forms of fear. Perfect love casts out all fear. Come listen to Stephen Strang describe how his book will help you live your life above the fray of fear and chaos. Spirit filled living is the answer to how we can live in this crazy, upside-down world.
