Dr. Beth Westie has been an inspiration! I have learned so much about how to eat and what to eat! It takes several weeks to get to where you need to be but, I understand my body and how it uses nutrition and I am fine tuning every week to find what is best for me. The information is not for a fad diet but for a lifestyle change that is based on eating food, the right food for where you are in life!!!!!

This podcast is so informative! I’ve been struggling to lose weight in menopause and use her advice all the time and it’s working! Dr. Beth targets all types of weight issues for women. Highly recommend her books, podcasts and You Tube videos! Like her on FB, too!
