Every woman needs to know this!
I have learned so much about women’s health through Dr. Beth.... and I’m a colleague of hers! We were NOT taught this stuff in our doctorate studies, and truthfully we’re not taught how to take care of women’s health in 99.9% of books, blogs and podcasts out there. If you’re a woman who’s tried everything to improve her health but struggling to see positive changes, you definitely should listen to this show.

This podcast is so informative! I’ve been struggling to lose weight in menopause and use her advice all the time and it’s working! Dr. Beth targets all types of weight issues for women. Highly recommend her books, podcasts and You Tube videos! Like her on FB, too!
