“The Ferment podcast is one that I go back to over and over again. Adam has great guests and does a wonderful job of interviewing! He allows his guests to speak, he asks beautiful questions, gives time for the questions to expand and guests to answer with depth and honesty. There are ranges of emotions on each podcast that I have listened to, from laughter to pain to joy to wonder to sorrow. The final question asking what has brought you joy is such a wonderful question as it leads to this: what gives your life purpose? Good stuff Adam!!”
