I finished spinning and plying the blue, purple, and green fiber that I got from Qwerky FIberwerks .  Right now what I have in the works, I have 2 ounces of a pindrafted roving from Clear Sky Fiber Arts spun up.  I spun up a Columbia/Merino batt from Leaf Livestock.  I also spun up an ounce of some rolags I made when I was messing with my carders and spun up a columbia/ramboullet combed top from Leaf livestock and plied those together. I just love their fiber. It’s so lovely.  I took a braid of superwash merino that I got in my grittyknits monthly fiber club and put it on my blending board with some merino, angora, sari silk. Mostly in light blues. I used about half of it in rolags. I then took the other half and spun it as is and plied it.  Aside from that, I took a couple hours on Sunday to make up some GORGEOUS rolags if I do say so myself. I feel like I’m really starting to get the hang of it.  I did spin up two of my rolag colors, blue/green and made a gorgeous plied yarn with them. About 2 ounces of each color. I also spun up half of my Romney lamb roving from 3L &S farms. I spun up 4 of 8 ounces. It spun up quick. What a joy to spin! Ooh Shiny!  Terri: Rare sheep breeds to spin.
