Interesting, informative and fun....but
The Film Programme is always a good listen and Francine Stock really delivers considerate and well informed reviews of a diverse selection of movies from around the world. Most recently however, it is starting to sound more political with some of the guest presenters soapboxing their opinions in an unbalanced and tedious way. Shame really....

I wish there were more voices in this podcast! White women talking about diversity is really boring - that young one is the most irritating and I have no idea why she’s getting airtime. I’ve been listening to this for years. Francine Stock the presenter is seasoned and a great interviewer. It’s a small show with quite some pull, getting big name interviewees from film promotion junkets. Scorsese and Schoonmaker for example, but also smaller indie filmmakers and directors.
