Quite often you come across a podcast that falls under the weight of its own importance. Filmumentaries is not one of those podcasts. A real labour of love from film historian and enthusiast Jamie Benning, the podcast gives the listener a real insight into the craft of filmmaking (and more) as Jamie sits down for an illuminating chat with a wide variety of guests. After every episode the listener is left wanting to know who or what is next. Jamie’s knowledge and passion for his project comes through in every episode, and the range of guests always makes for a very entertaining listen. Highly recommended.
