“Having only discovered this funny, clever, informed, passionate and excellent podcast just before lockdown it helped me retain some sanity over the last few months. What I really like and admire is Adam and Geoff’s respect for the game, it’s history and it’s people, allied with a necessary reminder that we are living in a changing world where we must be more respectful and enlightened. Cricket journalism needs to hold on to Arlott, Swanton and CMJ etc ( I’m English and these were my introduction to the game) while embracing change, that’s not easy but these two hold a reverence for history whilst reminding us all that nothing healthy should stay the same.”
